This Charming Bronze sculpture of a dancing woman in the Art Nouveau style, signed and mounted on a marble base. Alliot was a pupil of Barrias and Couton. He exhibited at the Paris Salon from 1905 to 1939 and was a member of the Jury from 1934 onwards. Measuring 5” D x 7 1/2” W x 11 3/4” H . This Incredible Hand-carved Wood Statue of "San Antonio", Saint Anthony, is in Excellent Overall Condition,c1750. Obtained in France the Statue is of the period when Italy and Spain were of the Same Crown, resulting in this fabulous impression of this beloved apostle. Standing 37.5" tall the statue is hand-painted, has some wood loss and worm holes noted in the back and all around to a lighter degree. There appears to have been some restoration.
